I have been a patient of Dr. Vails for 14 years. I have consistently got good professional advice and care and he has referred me to other great doctors and surgeons when needed.
Staff was very courteous and when I was late due to traffic, recognized me and immediately took me to the exam room. Dr. Vail has been our doctor for more than 30 years, so he knows all our information and makes sure to cover everything. If we have a question, he explains things in a way that we can understand.
I have been searching for a new physician for over three years, was extremely pleased with my visit and the level of care
