So far I'm in the waiting room the receptionist Teresa is an old wicked lady. I arrived and not welcomed but obviously had to sign in. When I signed the sign in clip board I asked her if she needed anything? She say rudely "I'll get to u when I call you" she was looking at paperwork. Then she wanted a refferal, insurance id.I was uploading my id. It took forever so she had me sign a form stating bc no proof insurance/refferal I would be responsible for charges. Adult Medicine Clinic employees at front desk suck, I dont want to hear them argue or gossip! Not professional at all! Never going back
this is the absolute worst health clinic in all of San Antonio. I took my wife in for an appointment. we sat for FIVE hours after her appointment time just to be told that she was fat and needed test for her thyroid after only seeing us for five minutes. so i took her to the emergency room somewhere-else and found out that she had a sprained ankle with torn ligaments.she is now on crutches and consulting with a lawyer for patient negligence.
