So far I'm in the waiting room the receptionist Teresa is an old wicked lady. I arrived and not welcomed but obviously had to sign in. When I signed the sign in clip board I asked her if she needed anything? She say rudely "I'll get to u when I call you" she was looking at paperwork. Then she wanted a refferal, insurance id.I was uploading my id. It took forever so she had me sign a form stating bc no proof insurance/refferal I would be responsible for charges.
