Dr Amy Tran is terrible. Her attitude is bad , very rude and dismissive and complains about doing patient paperwork and does it in a rush and also incorrectly , her nurse Veronica is the same exact way. I constantly tell Dr. Tran about my struggles with mental health and she refuses to prescribe me any more medication only says I need to speak with someone else. I have been a patient with Dr Townsend (and his office staff) since 1975 when I was just in high school. I am now 65yrs old). He (and his staff) are the absolute best in North Texas. He is a comprehensive physician treating the whole patient for all their needs. He's the best!!!
Dr.Townsend is the greatest doctor. I am 65 and I have been his patient since I was 19. He is the only doctor I have really loved. I am always treated like family.
