I give it a 3 because I can't take the word of one review..
Worked here on night shift. The work wasn't bad. Worst supervisor in the world, a drunk that half asses his work and teaches the trainees to half ass there work too lucky I was trained by the best die maker there before he left because of the supervisor. And what tops it is the day shift and management knows and will do nothing about it. So if you value your safety I would not work here period.
