Richard zoned right in on our pressing marital issues. He opened my husband’s eyes. Wonderful experience!
I pretty much refused to do couples counseling for years, but when my girlfriend at the time & now wife asked me to review Rich’s profile, he seemed like a trustworthy enough guy. 3 years later, I credit him for a lot of the success of our marriage. He’s always been the utmost professional with my spouse & I, and even is courteousness enough to laugh at some of my terrible jokes during each session. We’ve both grown to call him a friend. I would absolutely recommend his business to any friend, family or acquaintance.
We had great hopes based on other reviews. I went through the process of registering as new clients by taking the surveys, having a phone call for introductions, multiple texts to confirm our appointment. My wife and I made arrangements to schedule time off work as well. Only to be met by Richard as he strolled in 5 minutes late then came back out in the lobby, asked us who were , and said he had never heard of us. I reminded him of our texts, calls, and surveys. Prior to our counseling, my husband & I struggled to find happiness & fought on a daily basis. After meeting with Richard Tiftt, we are able to understand how to truly Love & respect eachother which has dramatically improved our marriage more than we ever thought possible! We found his approach to be very effective. We cannot express how grateful we are for this amazing transformation he has made for us!
Richard is an incredible therapist who knows how to get to the root of core marriage issues. He has been a tremendous and invaluable resource to strengthening our marriage. He has helped both of us develop empathy towards each other and given us tools to keep our marriage strong. I have recommended him to SO many close friends who tell me they are in need of a marriage counselor because I have so much faith in him!
