We had a discolored water spot on family room ceiling that steadily worsened. Due to the age of our roof, we were thinking we would have to replace. Richard came out and inspected. He suggested making changes to the gutters and repairs to the roof. He made the repairs and when we returned from work, it was so clean that you would have never known he had been there. Richard repaired a roof leak, an improperly sloped and overflow gutter and corroded valley flashings for us. We liked his fast response to our call, free estimate, providing quality solutions and a very reasonable price. Once project was completed, Richard conducted a final inspection to ensure everything was done right. He then shared pictures and videos with us on what had been done. Richard and his team are very professional, trustworthy, and very reliable. We highly recommend them!
Richard installed a new roof for myself and also for my father six years ago. I needed some additional work completed recently so I contacted Richard. He again exceeded expectations. Just like the first time he was very responsive, the price was reasonable and the crew member was exceptionally professional and courteous. He left the area spotless after completing the job and Richard followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work performed.
Richard and his team were up front about the work that needed done and the expense it entailed. They were prompt on the day of the scheduled work. Richard was able to keep my bill reasonable using materials already on hand. Quality work! If I need roof work done in the future, I will be contacting Richard Roofing.
