I called the office today at 2:25pm on the advise of my OBGYN to see if I am due a colonoscopy as my last one was 3 years ago . For whatever reason the young lady that answered the phone was aggressive , curt and brash. If you don’t possess customer service skills you should not be the answering the phones . It’s bad for biz as you are the first impression for that comany and if your so unprofessional that will turn the caller off from pursuing continuous or new biz with the firm .
Dr. Steller has provided me with great care over the last several years and is a true professional.
Doctor Steller gives you a thorough examination,answers your questions. Takes the time to review your file and follows up with test results as soon as they are available.
I have been going to doctor Stellar for many years. He is an excellent doctor. He is thoughtful And decidedly not an alarmist. I would recommend him to anyone with Gastro issues.
