This guy is a low integrity 🐍. A rip-off weasel. Do not pay this guy a visitation fee. The guy didn't tell me that there was a fee until after he got to my house and agreed that he believed that the problem was the water pump on my water heater. This is something I told him before he came over. Then he said that it is a $175 appearance fee that would go towards the repairs. My initial thought was to tell him to bounce.
