STAY AWAY, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL TAX FIRM! Richard Smith & Associates is the worst tax preparer in the state of California. When my previous tax preparer moved on, he signed up all his clients with Richard Smith & Associates. I was one of the unlucky ones. I thought since his firm was a specialist, he would provide a good service. I was completely wrong. He and his entire team are completely incompetent.
