This office has mislabeled or misdated my prescription numerous times, even when I call ahead way in advance to let them know I need a refill. And you can either drive there to pick up the prescription itself (which is a 45 minute drive for me which I have no choice but to make every month) or you can opt for them to send you your prescription in the mail.
