Not sure why anyone would not give Dr Scott five stars. I went in for neuropathy test and he was kind and explained every step and answered every question above and beyond. Took the nervousness out of me.
Looks like I'm y'all's first bad review! Dr Scotts demeanor was so wrong. He doesn't really listen to you, he just repeats what you say. he doesn't look at your x-ray on file. He doesn't care about you as a person. I guess the $141 is greatly needed for treating patients like that. The gell he proscribed was to Take 4 times a day if I need to take 4 times a day it's not worth it... Towards the end of the consultation I didn't even want to talk to him anymore. from checking in, to scheduling a follow up appt. and checking out, was Easy . Noah was great in listing my concerns and asking question. Dr. Pratt was friendly and asked question and came up with a suggestion that I felt was a first step for me and was what I wanted ,,, I have a follow up Appt. and look forward to it,, His staff is great.
