"One call, that's all" is BS! I constantly had to call about my case. This law firm never called to instruct me how to proceed with my case. My case took almost 3 years to close. Three years! If I did not consistently call them, my case would not be closed to this day. I am very disappointed with Richard Schwartz and Associates.
