Dr. Scarlett and his staff have always been a blessing with me and my family regarding surgery. He has continued to be extremely informative with all aspects of my recovery and needs. Communication has been second to none and at no point did I feel “In the dark” or alone in this process. His professionalism and down right caring for his patients show with all him and his team have and continue to do. I highly recommend Dr. Scarlett to anyone looking for a great and trustworthy surgeon.
I chose this provider because of his strong reviews, and I truly wish I’d had a similar experience. Unfortunately, my post-operative visit felt rushed and dismissive. My questions about pain, nighttime discomfort, and next steps were not addressed, and I left without clear guidance. My experience did not reflect the level of care others described. With that being said, the surgery in itself was a success and I'm happy I had it done.
