Rick is one of the best PA’s at Scott and White. He is very caring about his patients and he goes above and beyond to help.
The staff was kind and answered all the questions i asked, even if they didn’t have the answer they tried lol. Thats good enough. 🙂
Mr. Doerr is a very professional, personable, and competent physician assistant. He listened to my medical problem, formulated a diagnosis and developed a treatment plan. He gave me a clear explanation of the problem, steps and options to correct the problem and the expected outcomes. I was very pleased with my appointment with Mr. Doerr and would recommend him to my family and friends. I was especially pleased with how he listened to me.
I visited this urgent care for a painful toe injury and left extremely disappointed with the level of care I received. The PA had very poor bedside manner, came across as dismissive, and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. I felt rushed through the visit and was essentially told what I already knew without receiving any meaningful guidance or treatment options.
