Richard and his entire team were fantastic! They were the only company I met with who were able to explain to me exactly what my root problem was in terms of the drainage in my back yard, provided me with a quote same day along with scheduling of the project. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is experiencing drainage problems in the Cowichan Valley - they know their stuff, they delivered as promised!

Had Richard and Jenny come out to clear a couple drains. One they were unsure of on the driveway even though they said they put in 160 ft of hose and one they cleared by side of house. They charged me $400. When the rains came a few days later, the driveway drain backed up again. Called Richard and said he would not come back out to address the problem. Said he did all he could.
