Recently my brother in law was brought to MHOB via ambulance to ER where he was seen by Dr. Richard Elman. The first thing out of this Doctor’s mouth was request for money up front. My family member was in Congestive heart failure when presented to emergency room. Dr Elman is a disgrace to the medical profession! How dare he ask a sick Patient for money?
