Worst clinic. Charging you too much. Changing or canceling your schedule without your knowledge and then the following visit they will ask a fee or collect a fee the day of your appointment which they changed or cancelled.

Dr. Conen and his team operate at a high standards of professionalism. This is an absolutely the go to dental practice. Easy parking at Old Orchard Mall. Take elevator up to the 3 floor. Check in with friendly Hannah. My hygienist Sophie, was superb and easy on me. -xrays taken, cleaning done, and Dr. Conen examined and went over x-rays all in less than an hour.

Dr Cohen and his staff are very friendly and professional. When I broke a tooth he was able to get me in quickly even though I was a new patient. He did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
