I was following on the highway going down rt 30 in Lancaster pa. A rock or paving flew off the pack of their pickup truck and cracked my windshield. I tried flashing my headlights and also took a picture of the truck and license plate. I called the company and left a message . 3 hrs later a rude man called me saying that there was no way because they only owned the truck 4 months and that his wife drives that pickup.
