Redline Auto (formerly Richard Rowe Auto Care) is great. Everyone there is very nice, they have great customer service, and they are not pushy. They take the time to explain what repairs need to be made, and which ones can wait a bit longer. Finding a good mechanic can be difficult... I'm glad I found Redline Auto. I definitely will be back, and will recommend Redline Auto to all my friends and family who need auto work done. Thank you!

I'm beyond frustrated with my experience here and I'll start by saying that this shop wasn't my choice, my car was contracted out to them by Burt Brothers. Anyways, in 2021 they put a new engine in my car. The day after I got it back the check engine light comes on. Burt Bros fixed that issue and the 2 other times that the engine needed something fixed. Then in May of this year the weld for the catalytic converter broke. They fixed that after having my car for a little over a week. Last month that weld broke again. I had ano... read more
