On my first appointment, upon hearing what I do for a living, his first instinct was to joking suggest i blow up his ex wife. Our interactions did not improve from there. On my third appt he suggested I find a different doctor. I agreed. Although I personally found the receptionists to be very nice, they were disorganized and extremely poor at communicating what I was supposed to be doing as patient. Asking basic questions about treatment was clearly seen by the doctor as a personal attack. Avoid this practice.
Dr. Richard Ross is a great doctor and a good man, however his receptionist is rude, she lies, and she doesn't return phone calls. I have been trying to make an appointment for months, but his receptionist has been making excuses as to why I can't make an appointment, and she says she will call me back and she never does. Front desk assistant, Renee has been a professional. She has worked with my schedule, I travel from Alamogordo and she is very understanding. Dr. Ross is an amazing doctor, treating me for my wellness. I highly recommend this facility.
