The office staff were dressed like college girls the morning after a big night. Nice enough but robotic and they seemed bored or as if they were suffering through their jobs. That was the best part of the visit in a tiny, dingy office in a depressing and gross Reston medical building. “Bob Richard” - as he introduces himself - comes across as utterly disinterested in his patient, almost annoyed at having to be there.
