I do not recommend. I would look for a provider that cares about his patients, follows up, and is genuinely kinder.

I've started taking my elderly mother to see Dr. Risher as her primary care doctor. I couldn't be more pleased. The office staff is great, and the doctor is easy to talk to. My only complaint is that it is almost impossible to call them by telephone. My calls either don't go through, or I get sent to their "after hours" answering service.
