Richard Rinehart, PTA is one of best out there, I have not seen him in years but when I tell you his hands were magical. I suffer from server lymphedema and his wrapping skills were enough to bring my leg back to normal even if it lasted for a few days. I haven't seen to many people out there do what he does, take care of a person with lymphedema with skill. Very professional and respectful in what he does. I'm happy to see you after all these years and having your own place. Good luck and God bless.
