We have had a 5errible experience so far. We bought a new land boss side by side and after 4km it blew the radiator fan fuse and began to warm up. It has now done about 20km and another 3 fuses. We called to find a solution and we believe our calls were being screened. Eventually we got in contact and brought in the bike. During their diagnosis they couldn't find the cause of the fault an claimed no responsibility. They wouldn't even deliver it back to us. A very poor experience and kinda scummy behaviour.
Richard Renato is one of the most honest dealers I have encountered . He is accommodating fair and always ready to offer sensible advice . I highly recommend Richard’s dealership.
Super dodgy. All friendly and smiles in the purchasing phase, no time at all for you once you've handed over the cash. I bought a second-hand Kymco here which had completely flogged out valves. Easy to diagnose once it's fully warmed up, very hard to diagnose in a two-minute test drive at the shop. I really don't doubt that they knew it was knackered, because as soon as I started calling them after purchasing it, they either fobbed me off or stopped answering altogether. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
