Richard Realty actually tried taking my friends house by filing a unlawful detainer and having the court do a notice to vacate , My friend fought his house and he was able to sell it and move on .. Richard Realty never had clear title shame on you.
Bill and his staff did a wonderful job helping me sell my condo and finding a great single family home. I appreciate the time they took with me to find the perfect home.
This company has realtors who do not list on the MLS so they can be both buyers' and sellers' agent for more money. I saw they did that with a property on Ridgeline in Vista I had wanted to see. It went directly into "Pending." I doubt they got written permission to do this.
I work with Brian after purchasing a home from him. He is a nice guy and great Realtor.
