After waiting 40 minutes in the room, Dr Rotstein talked to me for 5 minutes. They insisted doing an x-ray of my lower back even though I repeatedly insisted that the pain was not in my lower back but in my ribs. He looked at the x-ray and said I looked fine. I explained that the pain was higher than the x-ray showed but he didn't care. I felt like a number and not a patient.

The doctors here are great. I have had a few procedures done . I have never been treated with anything less than respect, kindness and concern. I agree that the doctors don't rush into surgery, but when they do perform surgery they are great. I have been going here for years for various maladys and always been pleased. They certainly deserve five stars.

If you are afraid to address your hip pain and the possibility of replacement you have to go here! These people do it right. When I first went in, the surgeon indicated we would try a cane and supplements rather than surgery first. After awhile I was tired of using the cane (2 years) and again, trying to avoid surgery, I received corisone injections to see if it would help. The FINAL option surgery was eventually performed but I was confident no one rushed into it. Now I'm running all over the place and feel terrific

The recepcionists are horrible and mean. They act like you are stupid. I would not call there.
