Rich installed my above ground pool last year and his team did a great job. Rich is VERY knowledgeable regarding the installation and components involved in the operation of the pool. Great communication and a great guy. Thank you again!
Richard installed my pool 5 years ago. Today, he repaired some rust damage on the walls I had from a leak in the liner and replaced my old liner. He was very responsive to my texts and questions throughout the process. He and his crew arrived on time and did a thorough and efficient job. He was by far the most reasonable price for this job from the several places I contacted for a quote. I highly recommend Richard for any pool installation or repairs you need and will be using him again if I need any future work done!
Richard and his crew did a great job. They installed my new above ground pool in a day. A few weeks later, I was having an issue getting off a piece of the return to winterize the pool. I called him and he came right out to help me!
The installation of the pool was completed in a single day, and the customer service was exceptional. Upon identifying a leak, they promptly responded and provided a complimentary repair.
I was away on vacation and Rich came and did an excellent job installing a new liner in my pool (even went above & beyond by giving me a new water jet that I didn't realize I needed for free!) Thx again Rich Tim Gibbard
