We used to see Dr. Creighton when my boys were younger, and she was wonderful. When she moved out of state, we started seeing Dr. Pong bc she highly reccommended him. She stated we would love him and She was not wrong! he has been amazing! He really takes his time, listens to your concerns, and makes you feel heard which I love about him. All three of my boys love him, which says everything. Highly recommend!
My boys used to see Dr. Walker when they were little. I loved her, now they are teens and seeing Dr Pong who i also love, very thorough and takes his time. Def recommend either.
Dr. Pong is the best! He’s been so patient with my million-and-one questions, taking the time and care to address each one thoroughly. He has provided reassurance and has helped to put my mind at ease over my child’s health. In all of my interactions with him over the past few months, I get the impression that he genuinely cares about his patients. We’re lucky to have him!
Dr. Pong has poor bedside manner, does a poor job communicating, listening and taking an interest in his role as a pediatrician. He was very dismissive of most complaints and the entire appointment felt very rushed. He was more concerned with getting through the appointment as quickly as he could, so he could leave, than treating my child’s concerns accurately. Hopefully, we can avoid having to see Dr. Pong again in the future.
