We requested an appointment at the last minute and Richards came through with flying colors, just like they always have in the last 5 or 6 times that we have had them come out. One time we ended up needing a Water Heater, the tech called the office and loaded in on the truck and our tech jumped in his truck and they made the switch and he was back in no time at all.
