Poor service is their standard. Google them, they have office hours on Friday, look up their website, they have office hours on Friday, call their office and the automated system tells you that they have office hours on Friday. Go to their office on a Friday after 20 unanswered calls, and there is a note on the door, they are no longer open on Fridays.
