I called the office 02/09 the representative I spoke to was the only one available unfortunately. She was extremely inappropriate. She was yelling and refusing to answer my questions in a kind manner. I even asked if she was okay she said "NO!" I was very shocked to experience such disrespect from a doctors office. I called monday to speak to the manager Patricia but of course no one answered. I hope this review could assist in the training process regarding phone etiquette. Have a nice day. : )
Excellent Doctor. Compassionate, listens patiently to his patients. Highly recommend.
Dr. Nathanson is a caring and thorough doctor. He takes his time and makes sure you understand what you need to do.
My father saw Dr. Nathanson and found him to be incredibly professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. He provided the right level of information to help craft a treatment plan that met our needs. Wonderful office and medical staff. I would highly recommend him.
