I really wanted to leave a 2 star, because he’s a great salesman. Richard is a super nice guy, and I’d hire him as a salesman!!! The job looks like I did it myself, but I wouldn’t claim it. Don’t pay your bill until you see the results, because he won’t come back to fix anything.

Was alright till I was accused of smoking in room. I do not smoke.
Based on a recommendation by a trusted window installer, we met with Richard Patey. At the point of sale we asked about how he handled any problems. His response was “call or text: me and I will send someone right out”. Not true. The old siding that was on the house for 24 years was not coming off. We wanted siding with additional insulation. Unfortunately we chose Richard Patey as our contractor. Within the two years since the installation we have had numerous pieces pop out. Calls to Richard Patey have never been returned.... read more
