Two different instances where the only way I could get a response is to walk into the office, after multiple calls with no response. The first time was to get my referral to rheumatology, which took a month to receive. Today was to receive follow up for a prescription for my RA. I was lucky to wait 3 months for the specialist once i received the referral, but now he won't give me a refill to get through until I see the specialist. Had same experience as another reviewer. Dr. Pak lacks empathy, seemed to care little about my reason for a visit, never followed up about lab results. I've tried reaching out through the portal on the app and by phone for a referral and have been ignored. Worst experience I've had with any doctor and their staff.
Lacks bed side manner and empathy. Comes off as racially bias. His nurse also had a similar demeanor. First and last visit. My concerns we're not properly addressed.
