The doctors are great but the front desk staff really suck, not helpful a bit if you have a question about Medicare coverage before signing their ABN.

Making an appointment here was next to impossible. Their phone hours are very limited. If you leave a message, they do NOT call back. They put you on hold for extremely long periods - as in the recording said 25 minutes. A different time when the recording said the hold time was 1 minute, I waited 9 minutes and finally hung up so who knows how long their hold times really are as compared to what the recording says.
