I visited on Friday, 15th August to check the bus and was offered a great deal with a conditional 9.9% HP (Hire Purchase) rate. However, after submitting all the details to their broker, I was given a final offer of 12.9%—the lowest available for commercial vehicles—whereas the 9.9% rate only applied to private cars.
