Jason sorted out PCP for me in record time and was extremely helpful. He managed to get everything sorted really quickly allowing me to drive away on the day. Excellent service all round.
Arranged an appointment for a test drive at 10:00. I get a phone call the day before by Jason saying that another customer is booked at 10:00 and if I can come at 09:15 for a test drive. I show up at 09:05 and get told to wait and someone would be with me shortly. At 09:20 I get told that the customer of 10:00 showed up early so they are doing the test drive first and that if they don't buy the car, I could then do a test drive at 10:20. Time wasters. We arrived at our appointment time and they ask us to wait for an hour because the couple that booked after us arrived 5 min earlier than us and were "very keen on buying the car". If you don't appreciate my time, I am not doing business with you.
Purchased a Ford B Max from Richard Nash the other month as we needed a good second car for getting to work etc. I dealt with Steve from sales who was super helpful and made the whole process seamless. Steve is a credit to the dealership. I would highly recommend giving Richard Nash a look if you are looking for a new car.
