Richard Rogers is a very personable guy. He takes time with his patients and explains very clearly. He has a great staff. Very friendly. My son had a brain stroke back in Dec 2014. He hasn't worked nor driven since. Waiting for disability still. Because of the stroke he started having eye problems. He has no insurance so I talk to Dr Rogers to see if he will see him and let me make monthly payments. Not only did he agree to see him but he has not charged him a penny.
