I was very pleased to meet all the people that work at my new dentist office. Everyone was very nice and I was very happy with the service I received today!
I switched to this dental office after experiencing continuous disregard and disrespect from my previous provider. Dr. Verna and her team are professional and courteous. From the front desk to the Doctor everyone is kind and professional. They will take their time to explain everything including insurance coverage and payments. I’m very grateful that there are still providers that care.
I have to start by saying this may not be the same experience for everyone. It is possible that I just had great timing. But I'm so happy with my experience today, I just had to share. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years. My previous dentist stopped taking my insurance, and I needed to find a new one. I had a wonderful experience at Family Dental. They went out of their way to explain everything to me and to make sure I understood everything that was going to be done. They truly treated me like family. I totally recommend this practice
