if you need help with any plumbing issue or want new fixtures put in, this is the team to call. we had a rental in bakersfield with a backed up sewer, and gregory and chase showed up fast. they figured out right away that the sewer pipe between the house and the main line had collapsed. gregory quickly called the excavation contractor, and the entire repair was done in just a couple of days. the whole time, gregory kept me updated so i always knew how things were going. i highly recommend them!
our sewer pipe in bakersfield was so backed up it started overflowing in the basement. after other plumbers wouldn't help and the city didn't do anything, asp plumbing answered the phone right away and had douglas at my house within 2 hours. douglas worked from afternoon until late at night clearing out clogs and tree roots from our pipes, and found out the main problem was actually on the city's side. he's even helping us talk to the city and didn't want us to pay until everything is fixed. i've never had such great plumbin... read more
Asp Plumbing came out to fix a leaky shower through my insurance. At first, there was some confusion about my repair, but after I called them back, Mason returned and did a great job fixing everything. Now my shower works perfectly and I’m very happy with the service.
I manage a building. One of my tenants flushed a whole bunch of baby wipes down the toilet over several days, which caused major problems with the plumbing. Water started backing up everywhere. I called Asp Plumbing, and Douglas showed up quickly, figured out the issue, and had the drain cleared in less than an hour. Absolutely fantastic service. If you need help with any plumbing problems, this is the company to call. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Even though i didn't end up using the service, it was a really well-run operation. I made a call on a Sunday morning, and they answered on the second ring. The operator provided clear information about timing and estimated costs. The plumber arrived just 2 hours later for a free estimate, fully equipped with all the tools, parts, and replacement water heaters in the truck. A truly professional team.
