Dr Richard Moore has been our vet for almost 20 years. Across these years he has assisted us in keeping our total of 3 dogs healthy and happy. My husband and I trust Dr Moore’s judgement, his kindness and compassion is throughout the entire staff.
Dr Moore and his staff is the BEST! Professional, Trustworthy! Everyone is always super nice and most of all they sincerely care about my baby boy 🐕🦺
Great vet!!!! I’ve only lived in Cartersville for a little less than 2 years and glad I found Dr Moore. He helped my 18 yr old cat live out his final year comfortably as well as his 19 yr old blind sibling before it was time to cross the rainbow bridge. Recently he had to pull several feet of decorative string out of the small intestine that my newer grey tabby rescue had gotten into over the holidays via abdominal surgery . Dr Moore and everyone there has been wonderful! I have been to a lot of veterinarians in the area and would never go anywhere else again!
We dropped our dog for treatment and Dr. Moore ran many tests without our permission and then presented us with a huge bill. I paid the bill but when I asked them to print my dog’s records, Dr. Moore began yelling at me. I took my dog and records to another vet in town and Dr. Moore called me, yelling at me again because I’d taken my dog elsewhere. Dr. Moore really seems to not be able to control his anger.
