I had a home built by Richard Moody & Sons and it was not a good experience. The initial meetings with Rick and Jason were great, however, "Josh" was in charge of the actual build and it went swiftly downhill from there. He was never on site and all the tradespeople voiced their frustration with his lack of communication. With me, he was constantly contradicting himself on the progress and forgetting details we had previously decided on. Saw a few negative reviews - we wanted to share our experience. We worked hand in hand with Jason and the Moody team on a custom lakefront build. Quality work, excellent finish workmanship and customer service. The house was completed in spec and with a lot of care. I can’t say enough about our custom lake house we created with Moody!
