I was impressed from the start by their friendliness and "can do" attitude. My 12 year old Ford C Max was in good mechanical condition with low mileage but the body work had gathered 12 years scrapes and scratches. Things came to a head when an unseen rock in a car park ripped the plastic trim running under the doors on the nearside of the car.
