While Dr. Milian was on point completely, I am giving it an average 3 star because his MA would receive a 1 star. She was unfriendly (not even a good morning/afternoon greeting ).“cold”, and extremely defensive when I questioned the accuracy of my very, very high blood pressure reading. She put the bp cup upside down on my right arm where the pulse reader was barely inches below my shoulder rather than the vein in the elbow.
