Consistently have to wait weeks-months for repairs. Chasing up multiple times for very simple requests that get either ignored, or empty promises that require many more follow ups. We were forced to pay for an emergency plumbing issue and weeks later are still chasing the invoice to get paid back to us. Overall communication extremely poor.
Excellent service throughout the process of selling our home. Matthew provided excellent advice and helped us set a realistic price guide. He was professional and kept us informed of potential buyer feedback at all times. Matthew is a great communicator and what could have been a stressful experience was made easier because of this.
