Very poor service. I recently cancelled my agreement with them due to very bad service: No regular inspection done by them No proper rental assessment and always try to lower rent In spite of several reminders, they did not recover water bill from Tenants. At the end of tenancy, bond amount was released without recovery of dues. I was sending regular reminder at the end of tenancy also, but no response Smoke detector inspection was not due but REME arranged at end of tenancy without my consent, not sure why this was required... read more
