This is something I normally don't do, however the more I here his ads the more it upsets me. I can say that he is the worst attorney I have ever had. Very prompt, kind and friendly until he gets his money, then he is the courts best friend. I could go on and on about not being able to make appointments often and easily to see him. etc...etc... in the end I felt it was me against my attorney and all of the court officers. Purchased a home in Hemet and the owner falsified the work to be completed. Roof caved in and I was exposed to mold. Insurance company would not pay for damages due to fraud. Finally was able to go to court and won the settlement. This attorney represented his client (Rodney and Sue Collins) has having the funds to pay the settlement. This did not occur.
