Dr . Fazio found my kidney cancer. Removed it . I'm cancer free . Dr. Fazio take very good care of me.

I had scheduled an appointment back in August for Dr Fazio for November 17th. I get a call the morning of the 17th from an office associate telling me that she has to reschedule me because she couldn't obtain my medical records from my previous provider. I argued the fact that she had almost 4 months to do it, why would you tell me this the day of. She had the attitude and insinuated that it was my responsibility to do this.
