Dr. Ackerson is an excellent doctor. I broke my wrist over the weekend, he got me in on Monday and I was in surgery on Tuesday. He took so much time with the exam and explaining all of the procedures. Great follow up and PT care. It's been months now and I have healed up very well with little pain. He is still treating my arthritic hands and has helped a lot with pain. His whole staff are friendly and efficient, I highly recommend him!
I had a truly amazing experience with Dr. Ackerson and his office and if I ever had to have surgery again I would unquestionably choose him again. I had a thorn that punctured and became embedded in my finger and into one of the joints, and had inflamed it to the point where I could no longer bend it and there appeared to be a real risk of infection, and indeed it looked like it might already be infected.
