Ive been dealing with contractors on and off my whole life, but this one is truly awesome. He gave me one price which was lower than the other bids I received. He stuck to that price and didnt try to sell me anything along the way. He started when he said he would. He finished sooner than he said he would. He stayed in touch with us every day via email. He even sent us progress photos. The work he did looks amazing. Richard and his team are very organized and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
