Worst dealership experience ever, purchased a used vehicle 2013 pathfinder , made it clear I did not want a vehicle with mechanical issues specifically transmission. Was told car had gone thru service and no problems were found, car drove ok during short 5 min test drive, when I questioned about warranty was told no warranty available due to age of vehicle. I bought a ***** spark ev, sold it to me with 66 miles each charge now I have yet to see that, on top of all that Ive been to a ***** near me, because they are too far. So Ive been to ***** twice about my car because it goes into safe mode which Im safe mode it does not drive also it starts doing safe mode at 10 miles left on charge so there was a battery problem when they sold me the car. On top of all this Ive only had the ev for 3 months.

I called the service department to get a quote for front brakes and rotors. They quoted me ****** without tax. I go in this morning now they tell me ****** I asked what changed. They advised me they did not know what type of vehicle I had. Whenever I call, they always know my name and my vehicle so they know who I am. The service manager looked up my vehicle and advised that we were running a special. That was on Pads and rotors, but now, when I show up, they advise they did not know what type of vehicle I had.
