My experience with this doctor was beyond dissatisfaction- it’s left me insecure about my nose and full of regret that I trusted this man with my nose. I underwent both a septoplasty and rhinoplasty for my deviated septum and he went in and felt he could correct my enthnic nose, which I so very regret since unfortunately he left me looking worse- crooked after surgery which it never was and with ongoing issues. I strongly advise against seeking medical attention at this center or consulting this Dr. Liu for any rhinoplasty or septoplasty concerns. My personal experience with a rhinoplasty and septoplasty surgery performed in 2022 was profoundly unsatisfactory and marked by several concerning issues. Dr. Liu reconstructed my nose, after decades of it being mangled, allowing little-to-no air-flow - I used to be a mouth breather. I’d say, hands-down, Dr. Liu is the best Dr I’ve ever seen, for many reasons: intelligent, personable, concise, thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, polite and considerate.. what more could one ask for of their surgeon/ENT?
