Several years ago, dr. Leinhardt used a laser (which no one uses) to do a septoplasty. In doing so, he perforated and dissolved most of my inferior turbinates, creating constant dryness. The septum was not properly straightened. His poor work has been pointed out to me in detail by other ENT's.
